These terms govern your use of GrowGrandeur, provided by [Operator name — fill in before publishing.] ("GrowGrandeur", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using GrowGrandeur, you agree to these terms.
GrowGrandeur is a tool for planning, generating, reviewing, and publishing social media content. Agency accounts manage brands on behalf of clients; client portal accounts allow a brand to review and approve content and manage its own connected social accounts and settings.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
When you connect an Instagram Business account, Facebook Page, or LinkedIn account, you authorize GrowGrandeur to publish content to that account and read basic performance metrics on your behalf, using the permissions you grant during that platform's own connection flow. You can disconnect an account at any time from Settings. You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect and publish through any account you add.
You retain ownership of the brand information, images, and instructions you provide, and of the content GrowGrandeur generates for your brand. You're responsible for reviewing and approving content before it publishes, and for ensuring published content complies with the policies of the platform it's published to (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and with applicable law. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or require editing — review before approving is part of the intended workflow, not optional.
You agree not to use GrowGrandeur to generate or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, or that violates the terms of the platforms you connect to it (including Meta's and LinkedIn's own platform policies), and not to attempt to circumvent the approval workflow, billing, or access controls of the service.
Where applicable, generation activity draws down a wallet balance associated with your client account. Rates and billing terms are as communicated to you separately by your agency or as shown in your billing settings.
We aim to keep GrowGrandeur available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled publishing depends on the connected platform's own API being available; we retry automatically on transient failures but can't guarantee delivery if a connected account's access has expired or been revoked.
You may stop using GrowGrandeur and request account deletion at any time (see our Data Deletion page). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
GrowGrandeur is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including content published as a result of an approval decision made through the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
