β Everything below ships today
The whole job, not
the interesting half
Plenty of tools will write you a post. Far fewer will get it approved, publish it to the
right account, and then chase the enquiry it produces until somebody answers. No roadmap items on this
page β every capability listed exists in the product and can be shown in a demo.
01
Content
Most tools generate content that sounds like a tool generated it. The difference here is that every brand carries its own voice, palette, pillars and visual references, and the generator reads all of it before writing a word. Two clients in the same industry produce genuinely different feeds.
Nothing repeats itself
The hardest part of running content for a brand for a year is not writing it β it is not writing the same thing again in month seven. Every concept is checked against a ledger of what that brand has already published, on that pillar, and a near-duplicate is rejected and regenerated before anyone sees it. Themes rotate on a schedule underneath, so the angle moves even when the subject doesn't.
- Five formats
- One brand can run all five. A carousel is not a stretched image post β it gets its own concept structure, five slides carrying one idea each.
- Brand voice
- Tone of voice, brand colours, logo placement and an optional footer bar are stored against the brand and applied on every generation, so nothing needs restyling afterwards.
- Style references
- Upload a few images that look right and new visuals borrow their palette, mood and composition without copying their subject matter.
- Image proofing
- Every generated image is inspected for mangled lettering and stray colour codes. A failure is regenerated; a second failure falls back to clean artwork with the headline typeset over it, so a broken image never reaches a client.
- House copy rules
- Like-and-share prompts, banned punctuation and the usual AI tells are rejected at the source, so what arrives already sounds like you wrote it yourself.
02
Publishing
Publishing is where most automation quietly breaks: a token expires, a post half-ships, and nobody notices for a week. Every publish here is tracked per destination, so a partial failure is visible and retryable rather than silent.
Nothing publishes unreviewed
Drafts wait in the portal to be read, edited and approved before anything reaches an audience. What you see in the preview is exactly what publishes β the same composition code renders both, so the title, footer and first comment are never a surprise. Brands you would rather not review one by one can run on autopilot instead; it is a per-brand setting, not a different product.
- Scheduled slots
- Set the days and times a brand should post and the scheduler generates and publishes against them. A slot only advances its pillar rotation once a post has genuinely succeeded.
- Content calendar
- See what is drafted, approved and scheduled across every brand without opening each one.
- First comment
- Keeps the caption clean while the hashtags or link still land, posted automatically once the post itself is live.
- Caption footer
- A booking link or standing call to action added to the end of every caption for that brand, set once rather than pasted each time.
- Post performance
- Metrics are fetched back against each published post automatically, so performance sits beside the content that produced it.
- Nothing publishes twice
- Each destination records its own result, so a retry re-attempts only what actually failed instead of double-posting what already went out.
03
Blog & website
Social posts disappear down a feed. Articles accumulate β but only if they live on your own site, indexed under your domain, rather than on a platform you rent.
You keep the pages
Articles publish straight into your own WordPress or Wix site through a connection you authorise yourself. The content lives on your domain, earning you the traffic and the search equity β nothing to export and nothing held hostage if you ever move to a different tool.
- AI blog writer
- Full articles built from the same brand voice and pillar strategy as the social content, so the blog and the feed argue the same case.
- SEO fields
- Target keywords and a meta description are generated with the article and travel with it into the CMS rather than being filled in by hand afterwards.
- WordPress
- Authenticated with an application password you generate yourself, so your site credentials are never shared with anyone else.
- Wix
- Connected with an API key, with the right site selected during setup rather than assumed.
- Repurposing-ready
- Because blogs and social share a brand and pillar model, an article's argument can carry across into the week's posts instead of each starting from nothing.
04
Leads & follow-up
Publishing tools compete on how many posts they produce. But for a clinic, a coach or a contractor, the enquiry is the product β and the reason enquiries go cold is almost never that nobody cared. It is that following up properly is dull, repetitive work that slips.
It sends from your own inbox
Follow-ups go out through your own connected Gmail or SMTP β not a shared sending address. To the person receiving it, it is simply an email from the business they contacted, and when they reply it lands in your inbox where you can actually act on it. Nothing stands between you and the person who reached out.
- Three ways in
- Facebook Lead Ads sync the moment a form is submitted, any website can post to the leads API, and anything arriving by phone can be added manually.
- Sequences written from a goal
- Describe what the follow-up should achieve and the sequence is planned β how many steps, how far apart, on which channel β and then each step is written.
- Email and WhatsApp together
- A sequence can open on email and chase on WhatsApp, or the reverse, without running two disconnected tools.
- Attachments and links
- Files and links attach to individual steps, so the price list arrives on step two rather than in the first message with everything else.
- Replies are understood
- Inbound replies are read for intent: a genuine question alerts a human immediately, a soft no pauses the sequence, and an opt-out ends it permanently.
- Unsubscribe actually works
- Opting out does not merely stop new sends β anything already scheduled is cancelled, which is the whole promise of an unsubscribe link.
05
Run more than one brand
Running content for several brands at once is a different job from running it for one, and most tools are built for one and stretched. Brands, connected accounts, schedules and approvals stay separate here because they have to be β and the spend behind them is broken down brand by brand, not pooled into one number.
You can see what a post costs you
Every AI call is recorded and priced β by brand and by content type, and by whether the work was actually delivered or thrown away and regenerated. So the question "is this brand worth what it costs to run?" has an answer with a number in it, rather than a feeling. Very few platforms will tell you this, because very few measure it.
- One account, several brands
- One account can hold several brands, each with separate identity, connected accounts and approval settings.
- Brands stay separate
- Every brand under an account keeps its own identity, its own connected accounts and its own schedule, so work on one never leaks into another.
- Free, then plan, then wallet
- A new brand can start on free posts, move onto a subscription quota, and fall back to a pay-as-you-go wallet β consumed in that order automatically.
- A failure is never billed
- Charging happens once, after a post is genuinely delivered. A generation that fails costs nothing even if the system retried it three times.
- Operations you can see
- A health view shows stuck generations, failed publishes and disconnected accounts, each with a retry button β no database access, no log reading.
- Self-signup
- Anyone you invite can create their own login with email verification, and where each one came from is recorded.
06
Integrations
Every connection is authorised from the portal by you, and every action happens as your business: posts appear as your page, emails arrive from your address, replies go back to you. Nothing stands between you and your customers.
Credentials only you hold
You connect your own accounts and can disconnect them without asking anyone. When a token expires or access is revoked, the account is flagged and you're prompted to reconnect β rather than posts failing quietly for a fortnight before someone notices.
- Instagram
- Business accounts, connected through Meta.
- Facebook Pages
- The same connection that publishes also receives lead-form submissions in real time.
- LinkedIn
- Published to the company page, not a personal profile.
- WordPress
- Uses an application password you generate and can revoke.
- Wix
- API key with the target site chosen during setup.
- Gmail or SMTP
- Whichever the business already uses; there is no requirement to move mail providers.
- Leads API
- A per-brand key means any website, landing page or form builder can feed enquiries in.
- Razorpay
- Paid from the portal, no invoice chasing.
